Stuck in timeout as if the card I played is stuck on the stack - Concede button doesn't work
I have seen people posting about their opponent being stuck in time out.
Well, today, after playing my land on the first turn and casting a creature, that creature was stuck in limbo (or on the stack I suppose) and nothing happened, except that the timer was going down.
At first, I thought my opponent was timing out, but my screen started flashing red which is when I realized I was the one timing out, except that this was also stuck in limbo.
After a couple minutes, I tried to concede but that button was also not responsive, so I had to kill the app.

Now let me get this straight. This has been a CONSTANT problem, reposted here MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY FOR OVER 2 WEEKS, you said that you KNEW about this problem, which implies you've seen me tell people it means they LOST CONNECTION TO THE SERVER, and yet YOU THOUGHT YOU HADN'T LOST CONNECTION JUST BECAUSE ARENA DIDN'T SAY SO?
Arena generally does NOT tell you when you've lost connection to the server. You usually have to figure it out on your own by either it being too long with the rope timer not showing up, which is rather hard due to the inconsistent lengths of time it takes to show up, or the rope timer ending but the game not continuing, which is a 100% guaranteed tell. And no, Arena RARELY actually reconnects to the games for you. Not once have I ever had a connection problem & Arena actually reconnect on its own, and I'm very much not the only one.
It is a bug that they VERY MUCH need to correct, yes, but it's also very easy to spot & troubleshoot so you aren't guaranteed a loss. -

to DAC169: have you tried not being rude to people? Usually, Arena would tell people when they have lost connection to the server so I don't think this was it. Alternatively, it it was that, then the software was not appropriately checking the connection to the server, so this would be a bug to correct.

If the rope timer ends and the match doesn't continue it means that you have lost your connection to the game server.
If you've seen other players posting about this, then you should have seen me telling people what's going on and known to restart right away to reconnect. Enjoy your loss.
