“Report a Bug” page request sign-in, though signed in
MTG Arena crashed mid-premium draft (paid for with gems) and I went to the support page for a refund. I arrived at mtgarena-support.wizards.com, use the scroll down window to select “Report a problem in your Event”, and it informs me I have to sign-on. I click the sign-in button, sign-in, get redirected to my account page, click customer service, click report a bug (how I found this page), click “Submit a Request” at the bottom, once again selected “Report a problem in your Event”, and once again it inform me I have to sign-in. I repeat this cycle an embarrassing number of times, and I just want a refund for the gems I spent cash on so I may enjoy the event I believed I was purchasing. Instead I am lost and quite a bit frustrated. Please help.
