Incorrect ability resolution
PC gameplay. Etrata (MKM) ability triggers and I get a Planeswalker cloaked (Vraska ONE). I then activated the cloacked card ability from Etrata, pay 2BU: "turn face up / if can't exile, then you can cast w/o paying mana cost". Instead of getting exiled, the card goes into the opponent library.

It went to the graveyard, which is correct. Since it is a permanent card, it CAN be turned face up, so it doesn't get exiled and cast. And since Vraska didn't enter the battlefield, she didn't get any loyalty counters. A planeswalker with 0 loyalty counter goes to its owner's graveyard. Nothing wrong here.
