Kopala, Warden of Waves - "Ward" Trigger not going on the stack.
Kopala is supposed to make targeting merfolk with spells or abilities cost 2 more generic mana and this never resolves against my opponents. They just get to target my merfolk freely when she's in play.
I play on iOS and PC and there is no workaround that I've found. Thanks!

No Ward trigger goes on the stack because Kopala doesn't give Ward. Kopala simply makes your opponent's spells and abilities cost 2 more mana when they target your Merfolk.
