Can't equip more than 9 phrases emote
In the emote selection section of the profile, I cannot select more than 9 phrases.
The counter below the list correctly shows the correct number selected and gives out an error when going over 15.
The general error of "cannot equip more than 15 emotes of the type phrase" appears after the 10th emote is selected, disabling the confirm button.
Selecting and deselecting a sticker eliminates the error and reactivates the confirm button, but when pressed it shows another error and propts you to discard any changes.

I have the same problem as every one else. The game only allows for 14 phrases. The five classic phrases, the next phrase "slide" have room for 5 phrases of my choice. The third "slide" of phrases does, however, only let me put in 4 phrases.

I have 5 "Classic" emotes enabled (shown on the left side of the screen) and 9 of the "Phrases" emotes (on the right). I can't hit "Confirm" after enabling a 10th emote on the right, because it says I can't have "more than 15 emotes". However, it won't let me actually have 15, so it's really disallowing more than 14 total.

This bug is what could be referred to as "low hanging fruit". It's been an issue for months, and now that you're adding in more phrases (finally!) it would make sense to make sure that area of the app is working.

Playing thru Steam on PC and bought the new MH3 phrases in the store to realize they just wont get equipped smh. actual results expected: getting to equip the emotes I bought.
