Lost final game for no reason
I just lost a game for no reason. I was winning the next turn and the game was just lost in an exploding skull for me. Very frustrating since this was the 3:d loss in Arena Open. 5000 gems cost money! I want them back Wizards!

Had exactly the same "bug" that seems more like a hack...
There were for sure cards left in library ...
60 cards deck in a limited format, how shall i deck in 11 minutes with no mill and not much carddraw goin on?! Untapped companion says loss on draw ... gg wp nice cashgrab -

The skull means, you lost by trying to draw a card from your empty library. You got milled out. Nothing wrong here. That is a way to lose a game of Magic.
704.5b If a player attempted to draw a card from a library with no cards in it since the last time
state-based actions were checked, that player loses the game. -
