I am very upset! I tried to log on this morning to play in day two of the event I qualified for, and it would not display an option for me to join. I have missed the tournament now and after spending lots of money on gems. I need this to be addressed.

The proper way to do this is to contact them yourself by going to https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/ and selecting "Report a problem with my event."
