This happened in the Midweek Magic: Into the Future event. During their first turn, my opponent cast Grave Expectations to heist the top card of my library. During their second turn, they cast the card, which was a Jace Reawakened. Jace Reawakened has the ability "You can't cast this spell during your first, second, or third turns of the game." My opponent should not have been able to cast the Jace Reawakened that turn.
