Game is allowing illegal moves
Dude had 3 lands, we were only 3 turns into the game and somehow he pulls a 6 mana card out of his ***. There were no cards in his grave yard, or his exile pile and if you look at his cards there is nothing there that should allow such a move.

Have you tried actually reading your opponent's cards?
Goblin Engineer - When Goblin Engineer enters the battlefield, you may search your library for an artifact card, put it into your graveyard, then shuffle.
Greasefang, Okiba Boss - At the beginning of combat on your turn, return target Vehicle card from your graveyard to the battlefield. It gains haste. Return it to its owner’s hand at the beginning of your next end step.
