Can’t Open App on iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 17.5.1, 21 GB free space
I can’t open the app and have been trying for weeks. It either tells me I don’t have enough space (which is incorrect) or tells me “Error updating data. Please check your connection and try again.” It’s been weeks, I’ve deleted and reinstalled, restarted my phone, and nothing resolves the issue. When I contacted tech support, they ignored what I types and gave some pre-written stock response that doesn’t even address my issue.
