Etrata, the Silencer: cannot be bounced in response to her ability trigger
Rules clearly indicate (and many example decks validate) that Etrata, the Silencer's controller should be able to respond to her ability trigger and cast some type of spell to change her location (bounce Etrata).
There is no opportunity to do this in Arena, so wondering why that's the case

You can in Arena, but because it auto-passes priority when your own spells & abilities are on the stack you have to be in full control mode.
