Looks to me it went something like this:
Turn 1 -
Play Bloodstained Mire
Use Bloodstained Mire's ability to get Blood Crypt, paying the 2 life so it enters untapped. (Life is now 17)
Cast Faithless Looting to draw 2 cards and discard another Faithless Looting & Ghalta, Stampede TyrantTurn 2 -
Cast Reanimate choosing Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant (Life is now 9)
Using Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant's ETB ability, place Priest of Fell Rites, Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant, & Tyrranax Rex from the hand onto the battlefield.
Since Tyrranax Rex has haste, attack with it.
