etched slith doesn't remove energy
Etched Slith did not give the option to remove energy from my opponent. This ruined my experience- I drafted it assuming it was effective against energy.

Being unable to remove energy from my opponent turned out to be a game losing issue. I am not confident that the draft deck I used my gems on will function as I expected. Very frustrating.
