Bug involving Accident-Prone Apprentice / Mentors Guidance
After casting Accident-Prone Apprentice and playing Mentors Guidance since Accident-Prone Apprentice is a wizard type creature it triggers Mentors Guidance ability twice allowing me to scry 1 Draw 1 two times. Accident-Prone Apprentice perpetually gains +1/+1 for any non- creature spell casted and Accident-Prone Apprentice's ability shows up twice on the stack letting the caster know that it will get +1/+1 twice, However this is not the case and the second+1/+1 trigger instance dissappears without it buffing the creature a second time. After researching this matter I learned that perpetual spells do not trigger from copies making this a technical bug and it is very misleading. The recommended fix for this bug/glitch to this issue is to fix any and all cards with perpetual effects related to triggered copies of cards (unless specified) so that perpetually triggered ability of cards do not show on the stack more times than it is able to be buffed. Thank you kindly.

Not a bug. Accident-Prone Apprentice's ability says "whenever you cast a noncreature spell," not "whenever you cast or copy a noncreature spell." Nothing misleading about it.
