I love the idea of playing Modern, Legacy, or Vintage Magic. I used to play Magic Online a lot. When Arena came out I was skeptical but it turns out I really like it. However there's one problem, and that's that all of the eternal formats are polluted with "digital-only" cards that are simply not the game of Magic the Gathering. Go to a Magic the Gathering tournament and you know what you won't see? You won't see "seek", "conjure a card", "perpetually gains", or any of this other nonsense. Do you know why you won't see those things? Because those things are not part of the game of Magic the Gathering. We like Magic the Gathering. Please let us play it, and in exchange we will give you money. I will not be spending any more money on Magic Arena (even on Standard/Explorer content) until these bad design decisions are reverted and you let people play the actual game that we are here to play.
