Keep community updated during downtime
I was doing a draft event! Keep community updated during downtime, there's no reason a game of this size should be down on launch for almost an hour with no update besides "we're investigating reports". IT'S a freaking product launch, how is there not one person on staff who can tweet out an update for those of us who scheduled our lives around this launch?? There's no excuse. Very dissappointed.

They have issues every set launch. It should be expected that there will be some downtime the first day at this point.
