Relentless Rats

Can wizards make Relentless Rats an infinite card on MTG Arena like Rat Colony so players can build the deck without crafting 60 mythics?

    On Arena you only need 4 copies of a card that has "a deck can have any number of [this card]" in order to have any number of them in a deck.
