Driftloom Coyote Returns Creature Exiled on Death After All its Abilities Had Been Removed
1) Driftloom Coyote had exiled a creature
2) Azure Beastbinder attacks and removes all abilities from Driftloom Coyote
3) Driftloom Coyote no longer has abilites
4) Driftloom Coyote is removed from the battlefield while having no abilities
The creature exiled with Driftloom Coyote was returned to the battlefield
-> Fairly certain this is incorrect, but I could be wrong. Not exactly a judge...

No, this is not a bug. The exile lasts until the Drift G loom Coyote leaves the battlefield. The Coyote only has to be on the battlefield when the effect begins, and it doesn't even have to have that ability at that time. The trigger is independent of the source. The effect depends on the source being on the battlefield, no matter how its looks change. Once the permanent leaves the battlefield the effect ends and the exiled card returns.
