It costs five to play for a 5/5 that doubles the power of every creature that enters. A reasonably designed creature that does that would cost at least 8 mana not 5.

Even worse, it has the plot ability (which never should have made it into the game.

Seeing that it's a poorly designed creature, it should never have left the printing house and the only way to fix this problem is to ban it.
