getting a bug where players are waiting for the time outs to go through to get around certain triggers, I've had it happen at least 3 times. I can't remember what the first 2 where but today someone cast brainsurge and wait till the timer ran out and avoided having to put the cards back on top of his library. (for more context this happened in a brawl game but have also had it happen in historic)
