Tasha's +1 minus -1 counters bug
The +1 tasha's ability to put -1/-1 counters trigger even if Tasha's is dead or if i didnt used another time. Even triggers twice!

As long as the ability went off, it doesn't care if Tasha is dead or not because it lasts until your next turn & it triggers if YOU or Tasha is the target of the attack.
Currently, all "until your next turn, whenever an opponent attacks you..." effects are broken and stick around until triggered.
