Freezes and crashes since last update
Hi,
I've done the 9.53Gb update this morning and since then I'm experimenting different issues on my account (mainly freezes and crashes but also some lags).
Roughly : I connect, I try to click on the store or on the daily challenges if I want to modify them and the game becomes unresponsive. To the point I get a Windows popup asking me if I want to wait for Arena to answer or to quit. Waiting is to no avail so far, the game never comes back. I can play games (with 'waiting for server' lags sometimes), I can access my profile or parameters, but challenges modification and store section are automatically freezing the software.
My OS is Windows 11 Family, 23H2 version, OS build 22631.4169

Victims frequently make the mistake of going to low cost, untrained organizations to try to recover their funds and end up getting scammed. You can only recover your lost funds with the help of a legitimate recovery platform. They are well known in terms of funds recovery; this company doesn't require upfront Charges. I have been scammed several times on fake investment platforms. I never believed in recovering because I was made to understand that it was not possible. However, during February, I fell victim to a crypto scam that promised high returns. I lost a lot, I searched for help for months until I came across a post here on Reddit about recovering stolen/lost assets. I contacted them even though I was scared and skeptical about it because I had a bad experience via the process of recovering my lost funds, but I decided to give it a try. And to my surprise I was able to recover my stolen funds back in a very short time. With the help of HACKWEST AT WRITEME DOT COM. For more information on how to trace back your funds kindly contact them through their email address above. As long as you're honest they will help you more so, it’s a transparent process.

TBH I have been getting sick of playing this game. Super powerful low mana cards are ruining it. Seems the perfect time to quit it. Goodbye ******** at Wizards. BTW none of the so-called fixes improve it anyway!

Changing graphics settings from custom to medium fixed it for me. Thank you for posting that! I had this issue for over a month, and reading these comments was he only solution.

I've been having the exact same issue since that same update. The things that never work seem to be changing daily quests and accessing the packs window, those always cause a freeze. Sometimes I'll freeze during a game or on the queue. I can typically access the mastery window and sometimes the store (though if I buy packs I could not open them, haha!). I've tried rebooting and re-installing a few times to no avail. Frustrating because prior to this I did not have major issues with the game on PC.
I am on Win10 with an Intel Core i3-6100CPU, 2 core with 8GB ram

This happens to me on my Mac though Epic games. I can't do anything but play matches. If I try to click on anything else it freezes or just "connecting to server" pops up and then freezes or then the screen starts flickering like crazy!!

Thanks everyone for the solution to this (switching graphics settings from Low to Medium).
Validating bundles and reinstalling Arena had been of no use to me and I was becoming quite frustrated.

Same bug, both on PC and Steam. Reinstalling doesn't fix it.

For me and some people, going to menu->report a bug->validate bundles fixed it when the settings change didn't

Same issue. Changing graphics to Medium fixed it, but maybe now my game client lags more because of the graphic intensity?

Windows 10, meet all minimum requirements, resolution set to lowest. Everytime I try to launch a draft it just freezes and gives me the same "waiting" message that then directs me to close the app. I can connect to standard, quick draft and sealed and play those formats with any issue.
Why???? I've uninstalled 3 times and ran the application in safe mode. Literally will not let me play duskmourn. Love it.
EDIT: CHANGE YOUR GRAPHIC SETTINGS TO ANYTHING OTHER THAN LOW. I cannot believe that trying to use the less intensive setting prevents you from launching the game. Absolutely a joke for a multi-million dollar corporation.

I had this exact problem and @sAv1or#76361's advice worked. I switched to medium graphics from low and now everything is fine.

Same for us (also since the huge update), with the addition that although we can mostly play games, we have had multiple games impacted by the software locking up, which had never happened to us before. Windows 10 Home running on an HP notebook, version 22H2 19045.4894

Going into “Graphics” and setting to “medium” worked! Yay!
Fixed the Not Responding issues.
Mine was set on “custom”.
