For
Arena loads. When I click on anything it states not responding & the cursor spins. This started after the last update. I have uninstalled & reinstalled Arena. I have cleared my browsing history. I have restarted my laptop. Same issue. I have 16.2 GB available on my laptop.

Try going to the options and changing the quality setting under Graphics from Low to Medium.
