Fountain Port and Mirrex still need to be banned from all formats
Being able to win the game just because you can keep putting creature tokens on the field and the opponent has to top-deck perfectly just to deal with it is gamebreaking.

If lands that generate token creatures is your deck building Achille's Heel, plan accordingly. Include cards that deal with the lands. There are several lands that destroy non basic lands. There is an artifact that exiles lands etc. Your wish is like wanting enchantments to be banned because you don't use removal that targets enchantments.
