Have not received any of my uncommon awards for levels 60-65
Have not received most of my uncommon awards for levels 60+ on PC.
Having completed blb mastery pass I now do not receive an uncommon card reward for additional levels.

The mastery passes are notorious for not notifying players of singles earned from it, but you do get them.
