Scrapshooter Entering Trigger is Not Working With Storm The Festival
I've played Scrapshooter multiple times with Storm the Festival, and whenever I do, I am not given the option to destroy an artifact or enchantment. This is particularly frustrating against Scavenger decks. Will you please help resolve this?

Hi, thanks for the feedback, I appreciate what you're saying about CAST and that does make sense to me. I was confused by the language of "When Scrapshooter enters".

You have to gift a card to get the trigger. Which you can only do when you CAST the Scrapshooter. You are not casting it with Storm the Festival, so are not given the option, so do not get the trigger.
