The text for Shoreless Sea, Eluge was incorrect. I didn't pick it because of that, but the actual text and effect were different.

The way Eluge's text currently reads in arena means it should ONLY reduce BLUE pip costs, but it reduces All costs. I thought my opponent was somehow cheating at first, until I looked up the actual physical card
