Jump in
Since Bloomburrow I have not been able to restart the Jump in event. I was hoping that with the update of this new set the problem would be solved but I can't use my Jump in tokens.

it's not a software issue. I sign in with a different account and jump in was avalaible.
It means it is a problem of the account it should be fixed in their database.
As it is not a common problem it is unlikely it will be solved. -

i have a similar problem. I can't play or resign.
I asked yesterday do fix it and WoC just added my vote to this post.
It's not likely it will be fixed. -
