Heaped Harvest Didn't get me a land
I had heaped harvest on the field, opponent destroyed it with prismari command and its on death effect didn't trigger. I hope the log will suffice.

Heaped Harvest doesn't have an "on death effect," it has an ETB and a "when sacrificed" trigger.
"When Heaped Harvest enters and WHEN YOU SACRIFICE IT, you may search your library for a basic land card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle."
