Fractured Realm and Chainsaw
The enchantment room Fractured Realm was unlocked and I had 3 creatures die with Chainsaw on the board. It did not give the extra triggers to the Chainsaw.
Platform PC.
Maybe clicking on fully unlocked rooms with the Ghostly Keybearer caused the rooms to have an issue.
