I don't know it it was a bug or some kind of cheat but I played a duskmourne sealed game against a player named nsw1074 who at round 6 could play all his spells for free by some reason.
So he could play unholy Amex and ritual chamber at once an also slavering branchsnapper. The room enchantment seemed bugged aswell. It disappeared, and sometimes appeared as a creature. Please check this up. Thanks on beforehand!
