Playing on Windows, hard wired connection, client version 2024.41.10.6837.1094853

I mostly play Unranked, which has not experienced any issues yet. However, as of yesterday, I attempted to play Sealed and began having connection issues. I attempted a second Sealed run today, and had the same issue. I've tried restarting my computer and resetting my internet in case that was the issue, but it hasn't helped. The only connection issues occur during Sealed, so I'm wondering if there's an issue with the event? Please let me know if there's anything I can do to improve my experience and prevent this unfortunate waste of gems in the future.

I sent the log file and DxDiag file to customer service but they sent me here. Should I also include those here? I'd rather not share those files publicly if possible, so if any devs would like them, please contact me or customer service since they have the same files.
