Case of the Gateway Express didn't solve after I attacked with 3 creatures
I had ruin-lurker bat, Squee, and Case of the Gateway Express. I attacked with everything, Squee created the third creature tapped and attacking needed to solve Case of the Gateway Express but it didn't solve.

No bug. When anything checks for attackers it is checking for creatures declared as attacking during the declare attackers step. You only declared 2 creatures attacking.
