Tokens not properly spawning
Horn of Gondor and Helm of the Host are not properly creating tokens up to a certain point. Attached is a screenshot of board state, but things to note:
1) Helm of the Host proccing on Ojer Taq had previously created 3 tokens as anticipated. On the following turn, those 3 tokens and Mondrak, Glory Dominus should have created 33332 tokens, instead only 3 were created again.
2) Notice Horn of Gondor tabbed at 163, this was correct prior to proccing this turn, what should have been created this turn was 1633332 with the Ojer Taqs + Mondrak on board, instead 0 were created.
3) The game did immediately GRE error once attackers were declared

Arena caps each player to 250 tokens.
