I was playing a quick draft of Duskmourn, I stopped it with a loss and a win, and when I went to retake it again at night, the quick draft saga changed and they gave me 100 gems as if I had lost with a win...

Whenever an event's duration ends, all active participants are given credit for however many wins they had when they next log in.
In the future be sure to actually have enough time to complete your games before you start a draft.
