I recently played in a standard match and wasn't able to add cards from my sideboard to my main deck in games 2 or 3 after several restarts. I lost because of this. If a card was in my main deck and I had additional copies in my sideboard I was able to use the qty add/subtract tool on the cards in my deck to add sibeboard cards. But I was not able to move cards from my sideboard INTO the deck.
