Sideboarding is broken in constructed BO3
Checked in ranked Explorer BO3 matches
Repro steps:
1. Go to sideboarding after game 1
2. Side some cards in/out
3. Click done
Expected: decklist changed, user went to matchmaking loading screen
Actual: sideboarding menu refreshed, any actions allowed. Once time's out, user went to game 2 with the starting deck list
