Dollmaker's shop and urabrask's forge
With dollmaker's shop out and Urabrask's forge. When I get the phyrexian token it's not triggering the toy creation at all.

I also experienced this issue in Historic Brawl. I attacked with the token for Urabrask's Forge and the trigger for Dollmaker's Shop didn't even go on the stack, let alone make a token. I made a token earlier in the game by swinging with Gix, so it at least works sometimes.

Seeing this as well. It seems to work for a turn or two but then seems to forget to make the toy tokens. The forge is behaving badly in general and not sacrificing its own tokens at times.

Token creation doesn't trigger Dollmaker's Shop, you have to attack.
