Given the greater frequency packs from the most recent set are opened, my collecting experience would be improved if banned cards came with wildcard reimbursement as they are opened.

For example, as a Bo1 player, I appreciate the prompt response of Leyline of Resonance being banned. However, the window to create a playset between announcement and update was so small that I missed out. Given that Duskmourn is the current feature set, this creates the possibility of my opening a card I can't use and therefore negatively impacting my desire to invest further in opening the set (be it through shop or Mastery).
