Battlepass mastery rewards are not being received after level ups
I haven't received any rewards from the battle pass since I purchased it at level 19. I hit level 24 and didn't get any orbs or my cosmetic reward. I didn't get my last 3 packs either.

Still not fixed! I hit level 26 and received my free-path pack reward, but NOT my mastery orb or my cosmetic reward. Am I gonna get a gems refund or are you going to give me the rewards I've paid for and unlocked, but have yet to receive...

I bought the paid mastery pass because I wanted to unlock all the rewards. I only received rewards from purchasing the pass. Since then I haven't received any of the paid path rewards on leveling up. What kind of digital store charges you and fails to provide the product...
