game reset resulting in game loss
Recently, I experienced several times a strange and very annoying phenomenon : while playing quick draft games, I am suddenly brought back in the middle of the game to the game launch screen. When I launch another game (immediately), I enter a new game with a new opponent but discover when the game ends that I received a game loss. I assume that this loss is linked to the game I was kicked out of.
I think it happened at least 3 times during the past 2 or 3 weeks. Did anyone experience a silmilar bug ?
Could it be fixed quickly ? And how could I get refund for this unfair losses ?

This has been happening to me lately as well, not just in quick draft. It's happened in traditional draft, brawl, and now mid-week magic.

I was kick out of a game. And then i play The next game, i received a game loss. Totally sad because of this.

For compensation for Draft problems go to https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/ and select "Report a problem with my event."
Several people have reported this over the last few weeks. I doubt wotc's ability to fix it quickly since it's still going on.
