Three blind mice token copy not working correctly for Toby beast token
In a recent match, I used high fae prankster to permanently switch the power of High Fae and a beast token from Toby, making the beast a 1/4 instead of a 4/4. When opponent copied the token with three blind mice, the new token, instead of being a 1/4, was a 4/4, which is an error/glitch in the program, costing me the match

Copy effects are layer 1, p/t changes in layer 7. So copy always comes first, changes to p/t come dead last. Any copy effect only copies the copiable values of the object, so only the base object plus layer 1 effects. Perpetual changes do not matter as they only effect duration and the card whereever it goes, but not the order the effects are applied.
