Why can’t Arena properly shuffle decks. I have never experienced mana imbalances so frequently and in such severity as I have experienced on Arena.
The primary issue I have to think about when deck building is that no matter how much or how little mana I build into my deck, I will never have any consistency in my draw.
I’m at the point now where it’s hard to have fun. I’m always looking for a way to make sure that if my deck randomly stops drawing mana for turn after turn, that it’s not an instant loss (even though that is almost always what that will mean). Right now I’m running 26 mana, with multiple ramp cards and I still get consistently mana screwed.

I’m sick and tired of MTG ignoring the mana problems surrounded battles in arena. Eventually, I’ll figure out how to mitigate the problem or most likely stop playing arena.
