In general that once per turn is not working with caretakers talent you get automatic a card when a token enter the battlefield more than once a turn.
Known bug reported several times only retards play that card with the known bug -

They can't, watch at the huge amount of bug reports after a "update".
You're playing a f2p game, they will never responde.
If they would responde waht do you expect?
"Dear community sorry for that issue we had in the past 5 years?"If something is free guess who is the product :D

I gues the main team of MTGA is "special" they so many threads about wrong game interaction and they are unable to implement there own rules in a game.
Seems like a high r****** lvl through the whole company. But hey its free2play so do not expect quality from trash -

Thats broken since the beginning - kinda "special" devs.
They can't handle there card grouping at all.

Last 20 cards in lib contain 16 Lands, there dev team is uaf, some c# ide scriptklick kiddies would do better
They have issus to fix 5 year old bugs you cant expect more,..
Lucky for their "special" dev team inhale and exhale is automatic musclememory
