Can't respond to etb trigger with a spell on the stack?
With a llanowar elves on the field and a llanowar elves on the stack, my opponent flashed in leyline binding. I let it resolve, thinking I would be able to float a Green mana with my existing elf, but once the binding hit the field, my opponent put the trigger on the stack and it just resolved. I had no opportunity to activate my elf.
