BUG: Recommission, Fails with Prototype 3 or less.
Serra Paragon allows revival of permenants 3 or less. Including prototypes like Steel Seraph.
Recommission fails to retrieve Steel Seraph or other 3 or less prototypes.

Prototypes have the prototype mana value on the BATTLEFIELD and on the STACK. any where else, the mana value of the card is just the normal one. Steel Seraph in the graveyard has a mana value of 6, so Recommission cannot bring it back. Casting Steel Seraph from the graveyard can be done for the prototype cost, and when the check for a legal cast is made for the resulting spell it has indeed a mana value of 3 or less.
