Unable to use Mazemind Tome Artstyle despite owning the same set of card
Today's daily deal had the Parallax "Foundations" version of card Mazemind Tome.
I have the regular Foundations version of the card so I purchased the parallax version and went to my collection to apply it and it is not available. I have included a screen shot of the store showing it was purchased and no longer available. And another screen shot showing my collection with the regular Foundations card but not the parallax version I just purchased.

The parallax cosmetic for Foundations was offered again in the store today (4/3/25) which I purchased, but doesn't show up as a cosmetics choice for my existing FDN and M21 cards.

Okay, this is ridiculous. It's been over a month with absolutely zero communication, let alone a resolution. I'm just a drop in the bucket, and I realize that, but this experience has stifled my desire to monetarily support the game, and has tarnished my view of WotC and Arena.

I understand that it's the holiday season, which will undoubtedly interfere with response and resolution times. Still, it's been over a week with no communications or updates addressing this issue.
So I ask, can we please get some form of direction? Are we going to get refunds, or will the card style be added to our collection? Is there an ETA?
Frankly, the bug causing this issue and my missing purchase concerns me far less than the lack of attention being given to the community.

@D16#82008 reported that the parallax card style for the "foundations" version of Mazemind tome was now added to the card menu, but that is not the case for me. I purchased the daily deal using gold, and the art style is non-existent in my library. here is the screenshots I took as soon as I noticed this bug, this albeit being very annoying seems like a fairly minor bug, although hopefully, you guys get this fixed as I don't want a refund, I want the card style.

having the same issue...i paid 4 rare wildcards to get the card then paid the gems to get the skin that doesnt work....they added the skin to the card menu so thats fixed but i still cant use it...it would be nice if i could use a skin i paid so much for...this isnt an issue for any other card so hopefully its resolved...
