Can't respond to own board wipe
I run a mono-white angel deck with a number of board wipe and Teferi's Protection. When I try to case a board wipe (Day of Judgment, divine reckoning, etc) with Teferi's protection in hand, it won't let me cast it to protect my own creatures even if I have the mana to cast both spells. Shouldn't I be able to respond to my own spell on the stack in this way?

Yes, and you can. The probelm is, that Arena by default enacts the tournament shortcut of passing after you put something on the stack. So you have to tell the game to let you respond to your own stuff, by going Full Control.
