Bug in Traditional Draft: Game Frozen, Unfair Loss, and Wasted Time/Resources – Demand a Resolution!
Today, during a match in the Traditional Draft event, my opponent froze during a turn and remained inactive for over 18 minutes without taking any action. The game remained stuck and did not award me the victory, as it normally does when the opponent is inactive. When the countdown timer in the top left corner of the screen reached zero, it started counting up, but the game remained frozen. Having already wasted 20 minutes of my time, I decided to close the game. When I restarted it, I noticed that the match was considered a loss, even though I hadn’t actually lost the game. This is unfair, as we were in the second game of a best-of-three series, and I had a strong chance of winning. I ended up losing due to a bug. I demand some form of compensation, as it takes a lot of effort to gather enough gold to buy entry into the event, only to lose because of a system error.
