Repurposing Bay won't allow me to fetch for an artifact
I just lost a draft game because Repurposing Bay did not work as intended. I activated its ability and sacrificed Spotcycle Scouter to go search my library for an artifact card with mana value 3 or less (since Spotcycle Scouter has mana value 2). The game showed me the cards in my deck, which were all grey and unselectable, despite having artifacts costing less than 3 (such as Nesting Bot or Guidelight Optimizer, all unselectable). I ended up refusing the selection since it was the only option available. Basically I played Repurposing Bay and sacrificed an artifact for nothing, which led to my loss a couple turns later.

I also encountered this error when using Repurposing Bay to sacrifice a Wreck Remover (CMC 4) to search for a Memory Guardian (CMC 5). I ended up losing my draft game due to this bug.

I also found the same problem during standard play today and yesterday.
Repurposing Bay sacrifices Tinker's Tote grey out all deck card's despite i have Annex Sentry and other Tinker's Tote. -

Because there is no "or less". When you sacrifice an artifact with mana value 2, you can ONLY search for an artifact card with mana value 3.
